Cell was the ultimate
creation of Dr. Gero. He was made from all the cells of the different fighters
including Goku, Vegeta,
Piccolo and Freeza
just to name a few. He was made to absorb Android
17 and 18 but it took time for him to
mature to that stage. When Cell finally evolved out of his lava form he
came into a world of terror. The androids had already wasted most of the
earth’ population and Cell started feeding on the rest. He finally became
powerful enough to absorb the androids and become perfect. But when cell
went to find the androids they were gone. Destroyed by Future
Trunks. But Cell was not to be stopped. He followed Trunks and found
the time machine.After taking the son of Vegeta’s life, Cell reverted to
his egg form and took the time machine back to just before the androids
appeared. There he grew powerful enough once again. He went to find the
androids and even the best attempts of the Z warriors’ weren’t enough to
keep him at bay. He first absorbed android 17 and then android 18 becoming
Perfect.This form brought him enough power to hold off even Goku.In an act
of self-arrogance he gave the team a fighting chance. Bringing back the
old martial arts tournament, calling it the Cell Games.The first fighters
to take him on in these games were Mr. Satan and his crew. Unfortunately
for them cell didn’t even bat and eye.Then came Goku. In a stunning fight
that left everyone watching breathless it seemed that the two fighters were
equal. But slowly Cell started gaining the upper hand.It was then that a
tired and battered Goku threw the fight to pick another warrior. His son,
Gohan.The first part of the fight didn’t
bode too well for the young fighter but he managed to keep his own. It was
only when cell pushed him to the limit sending small versions of himself
at the weaker fighters and killing Android 16 right in front of him. Cell
finally met his match against a SSJ2 Gohan. In a last ditch effort cell
charged his Ki planning of self detonating and taking the planet with him.
Goku sacrificed his life teleporting Cell away from the earth before he
blew. But Cell still continued. He regenerated form just one piece of himself
and came back to Earth for a final confrontation with Gohan. The two fought
relentlessly finally sending Two Kamehameha blasts into each other. The
battle was tense but the other warriors added there power to distract Cell
long enough for Gohan to send a final surge of power into his blast, Eradicating
Cell forever. |
