Trunks that question and you wouldn't even get a response. Future Trunks
grew up in a world of fear.Unlike his counterpart from the main timeline
this trunks had to grow up without a father, and to live only in the company
of his Mother and His meantor and best Friend Gohan. Future Trunks life
was shatterd by the Androids. In Future Trunks timeline, Goku had fallen
victum to a heart virus and died before the adroids surfaced.Leaving the
rest of the Z fighters to deal with the threat themselves. Unfortunately
the only one to get away from the fight was Gohan, who took it upon himself
to fight the androids until there destruction, or his. Trunks Looked up
to Gohan like a father and when trunks was old enough and sick enough of
the androids destroying the world he joined Gohan in training to defeat
the androids. Gohans ultimate goal was to make trunks a Super Sayjin, one
stronger then himself. Gohan achieved this ultimate goal with his life.
When the androids attacked a small town Gohan, to keep trunks safe knocked
the boy unconscious and attacked the androids, and died when trunks found
him laterthe anger and shock were enough to push the young half sayjin over
the edge and the transformation was complete.After a particularly rough
battle with the androids that left trunks bed ridden he decided to use the
invention of his mothers to go back in time and save the one hope they had
left. To keep Goku alive. Trunks took
this mission with determination and the first thing he did when in the past
was Destroy Freeza, with ease. Unfortunately
the time travel cause more bad then good. For one the travel back in time
split the time line into two. One were Goku didn't die after Trunks gave
him the antidote and one that stayed the same bleak future. The second thing
to go wrong was Cell, Dr. Gero's Ultimate
creation was able to steal the time machine from Trunks in the future and
take it back to find the androids. The good thing about trunks trips was
that he got to meet all the people he had only heard about in stories, including
his father, although at first trunks found out there wasn't much to be happy
about when concerning Vegeta.  After
a year in the room of spirit and time, though trunks had a grudging respect
for his Father, one that turned into love when he learned his father went
ballistic against Cell after he was killed by him. The other most important
thing the time travel gave Trunks was the training he needed to go back
and stop the androids and Cell in his time.And that he did. The young man
from the future finally set his world back on the right path.So would Mirai
