Tein is one of the shows strongest
humans out of the Z warriors. Goku first
met him during the 23rd world martial arts tournament. He was protecting
his long time friend, Choutzu, and representing his school, which was Master
Roshi's rival school. The two fought and Tein won their match, but during
the confrontation, Tien learned that his master wasnt the just man he thought.
He and Choutzu joined Goku and company after that. This is were he met Lunch.
Not much is said about Lunch and Tein being together but its obvious that
they like each other a lot. Tein went on his own way with Choutzu after
a while and wasn’t heard from until Kami called them to his tower to train
for the upcoming battle with the Sayjins. During that battle Tein died trying
to protect the Earth. He along with all the rest who were killed by Nappa
received training from King Kai. Tein was able to test his new strength
against the Ginyu force after they were
defeated by Goku and killed by Vegeta.
Tein’s most notable sacrifice was when he risked his life to make sure that
cell didn’t get his hands on Android 18. He
used his most power attack the Tri-beam to keep Cell
in his place. Unfortunately the Tri-beam takes an enormous amount of energy
from Tein and drains him very quickly. Tein gave the androids time to escape
and would have been killed if not for Goku coming to get him. Tein was also
one of the four to make the final assault on Cell. After Cell was defeated,
Tein and Choutzu disappeared and weren’t seen from in a long time. Were
they went no one knows but the goal was defiantly training to become stronger.
